    The phone system is terrible! I am trying to reach Debbie Denure, whom I was told is working at Carleton Place Scotiabank. There is no way to speak to a person, and after entering her name by the number system on our phone twice, both times I was told she is not there, or they cannot find her name. Is there not some way to talk to a person?!

    Extremely annoying voice mail system, left on hold forever. When I finally get a real person I'm put through to voicemail. USELESS!
