  Terrible experience!! Called to order flowers for Valentines Day and the flowers were never delivered! When I called to ask why they were late in delivering, no one answered the phone! I went into the shop to see what happened, they first questioned if I placed an order at all and then they said, "Well, I could make up another arrangement for you now." That is unacceptable! It's one thing to make a mistake and another to handle it correctly. Please go elsewhere if you want reliable service!!!!

  Do not order from here, if you are looking to have flowers arrive on a specific day. My valentine's day was ruined, when it was 2 pm and the flowers my husband ordered on the 12th hadnt arrived, he called. And called. No answer.No flowers nothing. she called the next day with a bunch of excuses. Amateur!
